An abundance of flowers usually makes everyone think of spring, but don't underestimate the wide variety of fresh product available during the autumn months. Likewise, many people think of fall and think only of the duller rust, gold, orange and yellow tones but you can decorate your holiday table with vibrant fall flowers such as bright green micro poms (button or daisy chrysanthmum pompoms), purple liatrice, dark red coxcomb, bright red and orange dahlias and deep blue delphinium. Aside from the usual cut flowers, there is also a large amount of natural foliage and lesser known flowers on the market. Hypericum (coffee bean) comes in many tones, crespedia, cat tails, various grasses, yarrow, and several grains added to less traditionally fall flowers will still reflect the current season.

So get creative for this Thanksgiving, use unusual containers and a wider variety of flowers for your holiday table and make sure that it reflects your taste and personality as well as the season.
